The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Naim Trafela fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NŠ MURA's protests and gave Naim Trafela a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, NŠ MURA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naim Trafela to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute, Marek Wawrukiewicz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and NŠ MURA's Juan Nueva didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dani Lahajner during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dani Lahajner kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. NŠ MURA's Juan Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Kaszubik in the 9th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Warmia Grajewo's Kurt Kaszubik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Nueva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Naim Trafela hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Warmia Grajewo's Kurt Kaszubik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Nueva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kurt Kaszubik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurt Kaszubik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Nueva having to interfere. Harnis Bačnik's late challenge caught a Warmia Grajewo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harnis Bačnik helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to NŠ MURA getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Harnis Bačnik hit a great ball. Juan Nueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wit Maurycy in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Aleksander Koprowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Kaszubik in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of NŠ MURA booed when Warmia Grajewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wit Maurycy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Kurt Kaszubik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute Kurt Kaszubik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Nueva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 48 minutes, Franciszek Rasimowicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warmia Grajewo and the NŠ MURA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute, Franciszek Rasimowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kurt Kaszubik to strike the kick off in the second half. Camillo Tullo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borut Cafuta in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 minutes Warmia Grajewo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Naim Trafela who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dani Lahajner in the 56th minute of play forced Warmia Grajewo's goalkeeper Camillo Tullo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camillo Tullo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dani Lahajner in the 59th minute of play. Juan Nueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Kaszubik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dani Lahajner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camillo Tullo having to interfere. Dani Lahajner struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Camillo Tullo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NŠ MURA. NŠ MURA's Juan Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Kaszubik in the 69th minute of play. Camillo Tullo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borut Cafuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kurt Kaszubik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juan Nueva made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Kurt Kaszubik sent off a good shot on target. Kurt Kaszubik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Nueva having to interfere. Kurt Kaszubik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Kurt Kaszubik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harnis Bačnik kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 92 minutes of play NŠ MURA's Dani Lahajner was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Dani Lahajner kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
