The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Uncheşelu in the 9th minute of play forced Lipa KS's goalkeeper Alfred Chazen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Boleslaw Pahucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boleslaw Pahucki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Arieșan having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Cazimir during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Cavalerii Viola got a freekick which was hit by David Cazimir. Cavalerii Viola's Gabriel Arieșan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Gardocki in the 32nd minute of play. Boleslaw Pahucki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Arieșan having to interfere. If Boleslaw Pahucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Gardocki hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boleslaw Pahucki was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Lipa KS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Gardocki to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th match minute, Lipa KS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wasyl Mlekodaj to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Lipa KS getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Boleslaw Pahucki hit a great ball. Gabriel Arieșan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boleslaw Pahucki in the 65th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Lipa KS got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Lichniak. 68 minutes into the game, Radoslaw Kazanowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lipa KS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavalerii Viola the free kick. In the 68th minute, Radoslaw Kazanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Dinu Talianu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th match minute, Cavalerii Viola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Maiorescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Sever Onitiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cavalerii Viola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Cavalerii Viola's zone, Waldemar Klimkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Arieșan came out of the goal and Waldemar Klimkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute Cazimir Bărbătescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Chazen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Cavalerii Viola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Cazimir to maneuver through the defense. A throw-in in the 88th minute of the game was made by Sever Onitiu with Gheorghe Maiorescu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 89th minute, Wasyl Mlekodaj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute of the match Cavalerii Viola got a corner. Lipa KS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dinu Talianu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Cavalerii Viola's Dinu Talianu to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfred Chazen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boleslaw Pahucki during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee ended the match the Cavalerii Viola players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
