After 10 minutes, Johnny Van Den Wijngaert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Bredene and the FC Rägi players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Bredene's Tran Vranken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juanito Beaudry in the 12th minute of play. Christopher Wulf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Valentiano Andermatt put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tran Vranken. Nils Eberhart made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Bredene's Emanuel Tilens. Tran Vranken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Eberhart in the 24th minute of the match.
