After 17 minutes of play, Åhus Absolut F.C's Johnny Broman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmiro Luzaide was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rune Helström during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Åhus Absolut F.C getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Rune Helström hit a great ball. When Ivar Larsfält fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åhus Absolut F.C's protests and gave Ivar Larsfält a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Åhus Absolut F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Larsfält to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th match minute, Aston Birra F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Timo to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Araoz lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmiro Luzaide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Broman in the 38th minute of play forced Aston Birra F.C.'s goalkeeper Delmiro Luzaide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Johnny Broman notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Aston Birra F.C.'s Delmiro Luzaide. Delmiro Luzaide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Higinio Clis kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match Hannes Fernkvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmiro Luzaide skillfully saved the ball. In the 46th minute Rune Helström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Luzaide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Prudencio Gimenez made the kick off in the second half. Delmiro Luzaide was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jan Bergsten showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 51 minute of play. Prudencio Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 57 minutes, Eusebio Timo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aston Birra F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Timo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eusebio Timo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 62 minutes into the match, Aston Birra F.C.'s Eusebio Timo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jim Lindholm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Aston Birra F.C.'s goalkeeper Delmiro Luzaide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abbe Alvin. A collision led to Aston Birra F.C. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Eusebio Timo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Berg in the 70th minute of play forced Aston Birra F.C.'s goalkeeper Delmiro Luzaide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aston Birra F.C.'s Delmiro Luzaide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Fernkvist in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Timo in the 77th minute of play forced Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Jim Lindholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Eusebio Timo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aston Birra F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Johnny Broman scored to the left of an out of position Delmiro Luzaide, making the score, 0-6. The Åhus Absolut F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Åhus Absolut F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
