Lennart Åkesson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matej Ťažký went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 10 minutes into the match, Matej Ťažký had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lennart Åkesson. Bergandy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matej Ťažký was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 13th minute, Matej Ťažký ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lennart Åkesson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Matej Ťažký sped through Bergandy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lennart Åkesson. Lennart Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juraj Grenčík, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Bergandy's goal looked a bit too open when Ľubomír Pittner came free, but Lennart Åkesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bergandy getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Erland Malm hit a great ball. Lennart Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matej Ťažký in the 25th minute of the match. Lennart Åkesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juraj Grenčík in the 26th minute of play. Lennart Åkesson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Kukova's Matej Ťažký shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. Lennart Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juraj Grenčík in the 34th minute of the match. Lennart Åkesson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marc Asserlind who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Václav Židek when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Bergandy's goal looked a bit too open when Matej Ťažký came free, but Lennart Åkesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes of play, FC Kukova's Juraj Grenčík made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lennart Åkesson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ľubomír Pittner in the 54th minute of play forced Bergandy's goalkeeper Lennart Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Richard Mihálek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lennart Åkesson was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Bergandy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Juraj Grenčík scored to the left of an out of position Lennart Åkesson, making the score, 0-8. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Ľubomír Pittner put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Lennart Åkesson. A collision led to FC Kukova getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ľubomír Pittner hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Bergandy's Per-Erik Albom got a free kick in the 70th minute. Bergandy's Lennart Åkesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Bergandy from getting a goal against them. Lennart Åkesson was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Juraj Grenčík capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Juraj Grenčík really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. After 81 minutes, Denis Tandlich mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kukova and the Bergandy players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Kukova getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Denis Tandlich hit a great ball. If Per-Erik Albom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennart Åkesson was a little too slow when Matej Ťažký got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-12. 91 minutes into the match, Bergandy's goal looked a bit too open when Matej Ťažký came free, but Lennart Åkesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, FC Kukova's Matej Ťažký ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lennart Åkesson. Lennart Åkesson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. Lennart Åkesson made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Juraj Grenčík sent off a good shot on target. Bergandy's Lennart Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ľubomír Pittner in the 97th minute of play. The Bergandy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Kukova were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
