Spectators: 186 (Terracing: 140, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Iuri Arruda came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahçe's Tuncer İribaş. But to his dismay, Tuncer İribaş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alberto Tróia struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Yıldırım Yaman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATHLETICO PRaiano. A collision led to ATHLETICO PRaiano getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Virgílio Maia hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gugu Leme in the 20th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Yıldırım Yaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Uğurcan Oğuzalp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbahçe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATHLETICO PRaiano the free kick. Uğurcan Oğuzalp hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Tuncer İribaş left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerbahçe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Iuri Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evren Tanfer in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Fenerbahçe were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gugu Leme made a kick off. Yıldırım Yaman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes of play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Virgílio Maia made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yıldırım Yaman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alberto Tróia might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yıldırım Yaman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tróia ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe's Demarcus Andersen got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute of the match César Severo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yıldırım Yaman skillfully saved the ball. Fenerbahçe's Yıldırım Yaman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gugu Leme in the 76th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, Fenerbahçe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gazi Seralp to maneuver through the defense. José Paulo Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yıldırım Yaman having to make a save. Demarcus Andersen took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iuri Arruda. Iuri Arruda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Yıldırım Yaman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Leme in the 90th minute of the match. Tuncer İribaş took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iuri Arruda. Iuri Arruda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4.
