An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Vilardell in the 15th minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Norman-Alexander Wellmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Efrain Vilardell made a precise shot to the right of Norman-Alexander Wellmann. FV Wienerwald's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 18th minute, Atletico Maturrango's Ederono Ojero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Ederono Ojero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Norman-Alexander Wellmann when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Ederono Ojero took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Norman-Alexander Wellmann to make any attempt to save it. Norman-Alexander Wellmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Vilardell in the 31st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico Maturrango's Efrain Vilardell slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Norman-Alexander Wellmann. That made the score 4-0 after 34 minutes of play. Zacarias Nazario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörg Moratschke in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute Efrain Vilardell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norman-Alexander Wellmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goal looked a bit too open when Kai van de Sand came free, but Zacarias Nazario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Christian Kaindl was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Kai van de Sand cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Zacarias Nazario was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louis Remmers to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, FV Wienerwald's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Vilardell came free, but Norman-Alexander Wellmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philipp Haberer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Zacarias Nazario made a huge save. FV Wienerwald's Waldemar Giesen was substituted for Gregor Rühmann. Efrain Vilardell hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 68thth minute of the game Sven-Christian Kaindl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Maturrango's Zacarias Nazario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Atletico Maturrango's Ederono Ojero in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 76 minutes, Sven-Christian Kaindl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FV Wienerwald and the Atletico Maturrango players grew even worse after the yellow card. Norman-Alexander Wellmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zacarias Nazario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Christian Kaindl in the 94th minute of the match. Atletico Maturrango's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
