The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niko Jersbil in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeledon Hug saved Newton FC from getting behind. When Amager FC's Niko Jersbil in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Newton FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Niko Jersbil sped through Newton FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Hug. Newton FC's Zeledon Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nigel Weinschenck in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niko Jersbil in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeledon Hug saved Newton FC from getting behind. Ludwig Dyrsted stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evelio Jerold's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Brent Deferme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Hug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Brent Deferme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludwig Dyrsted made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Jerold in the 24th minute. Astor Frichoso kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Brent Deferme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st match minute, Newton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Eufemio to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Hug showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niko Jersbil in the 31st minute of the match. Zeledon Hug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeppe Fristeen in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niko Jersbil in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeledon Hug saved Newton FC from getting behind. In the 40thth minute of the game Brent Deferme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newton FC's Zeledon Hug was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44thth minute of the game Niko Jersbil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newton FC's Zeledon Hug was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Newton FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Amager FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Evelio Jerold made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Newton FC's Emanuel Bilbo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Sofus Brynald charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sofus Brynald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niko Jersbil who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Zeledon Hug when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brent Deferme got free with Zeledon Hug in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st play minute Brent Deferme came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zeledon Hug. 0-3. Zeledon Hug made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brent Deferme in the 68th minute. Newton FC's Zeledon Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niko Jersbil in the 69th minute of play. Sofus Brynald was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Ludwig Dyrsted stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evelio Jerold's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Niko Jersbil's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Zeledon Hug skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Newton FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Aristides Jorrin hit a great ball. Nigel Weinschenck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Amager FC's Ejnar Mosvad got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Newton FC's Zeledon Hug got control of the ball when Brent Deferme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Newton FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Brent Deferme scored to the left of an out of position Zeledon Hug, making the score, 0-5. Brent Deferme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evelio Jerold charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evelio Jerold the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Evelio Jerold kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Amager FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Newton FC.
