In the 11th minute of the match, Florentino Ciano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hélder de Queiroz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Hélder de Queiroz got control of the ball when Edgardo Franco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Justo Garoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 DE SETEMBRO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Edgardo Franco scored to the left of an out of position Hélder de Queiroz, making the score, 1-0. 20 DE SETEMBRO's Hélder de Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Ciano in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BEIJO CARNAVAL's Santiago Rosalio got a free kick in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Edgardo Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Octavio Petrigai hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The BEIJO CARNAVAL fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when BEIJO CARNAVAL's Edgardo Franco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Edgardo Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. Efrain Jorrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder de Queiroz having to interfere.
