With his leg Elpidio Pancho managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when GOD OF WAR's Anthimos Farmakatos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 19 minutes into the game, Rebentala FC's Jimeno Dei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Makis Efthimiadis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 23rd minute Bernardino Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Makis Efthimiadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Domingues's late challenge caught a GOD OF WAR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardino Domingues helped the player get up and apologised. After 35 played minutes Rebentala FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Domingues. The supporters of Rebentala FC booed when GOD OF WAR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alketas Vertsotis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes GOD OF WAR got a freekick which was hit by Fanis Paouris. In the 45th minute, Bernardino Domingues made a precise shot to the right of Makis Efthimiadis. GOD OF WAR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Elpidio Pancho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anthimos Farmakatos's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Guillermo Argi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Charis Kastanos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elpidio Pancho. Rebentala FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, GOD OF WAR's Anthimos Farmakatos made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elpidio Pancho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Makis Efthimiadis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Lawrence in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, GOD OF WAR's Makis Efthimiadis got control of the ball when Bernardino Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, GOD OF WAR's goalkeeper Makis Efthimiadis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Lawrence. 78 minutes into the match, Rebentala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fanis Paouris came free, but Elpidio Pancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Makis Efthimiadis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Dei in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, GOD OF WAR's Panos Tsiabras got a free kick in the 84th minute. Rebentala FC's Andrew Sinclair was substituted for Bernardino Domingues. A collision led to GOD OF WAR getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Panos Tsiabras hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Santo Ganix could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Makis Efthimiadis however easily saved by the left post. Jimeno Dei received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Makis Efthimiadis came out and tried to block the shot, but Jimeno Dei slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 95th minute.
