Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Skene's Ronny Örtlund started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tord Thorsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Clementi in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Epifanio Clementi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tord Thorsberg. Skene's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Epifanio Clementi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jussef Ben Mami made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronny Örtlund in the 17th minute. Bengt-Åke Helander was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Epifanio Clementi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Thorsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tord Thorsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheb El Ouafi in the 31st minute of play. Cheb El Ouafi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 minutes of play, Salmiyah Power's Munir Abdallah made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tord Thorsberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Epifanio Clementi made a precise shot to the right of Tord Thorsberg. Skene's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 46th minute, Cheb El Ouafi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tord Thorsberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Epifanio Clementi to strike the kick off in the second half. Tord Thorsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Clementi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the game, Noureddine Adjani recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tord Thorsberg. Noureddine Adjani showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Richard Hagberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussef Ben Mami having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Salmiyah Power's Cheb El Ouafi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tord Thorsberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Salmiyah Power's Tedj Said was substituted for Leonard Bărnuțiu. Salmiyah Power's Ismaïl Hadjadj was substituted for Cheb El Ouafi. In the 75th minute, Skene's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ismaïl Hadjadj fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hasan Ali kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Jussef Ben Mami stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richard Hagberg's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasan Ali to maneuver through the defense. After 84 minutes, Viktor Stenman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skene and the Salmiyah Power players grew even worse after the yellow card. Richard Hagberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jussef Ben Mami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noureddine Adjani got free with Tord Thorsberg in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Skene's goalkeeper Tord Thorsberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismaïl Hadjadj. The crowd rose to their feet as Salmiyah Power's Epifanio Clementi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tord Thorsberg. That made the score 0-11 after 96 minutes of play. Salmiyah Power's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
