Gavino Luke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Rudi Georgii sped through Gaviotas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gavino Luke. Rudi Georgii fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Luke having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Günther Kaiser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Möhnsen FC's zone, Domingo Quinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedikt Lettinger came out of the goal and Domingo Quinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Möhnsen FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mo Canel hit a great ball. Rudi Georgii's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Gavino Luke skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Domingo Quinto's late challenge caught a Möhnsen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Quinto helped the player get up and apologised. Domingo Quinto hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Rudi Georgiis short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Gavino Luke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

The wind increased when Rudi Georgii made the kick off in the second half. Gavino Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lasse Linsert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Stephen hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th match minute, Möhnsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Bogs to maneuver through the defense. Gaviotas FC's Damian Rufo was substituted for Fabricio Jakobe. The supporters of Gaviotas FC booed when Möhnsen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Bogs didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rudi Georgii had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Sebastian Gimenez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaviotas FC's Santiago Oliverio was substituted for Anastasio Arce. Gaviotas FC made a substitution. Rodolfo Ursino replaced Godfredo Quinteros. Sebastian Gimenez hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 63 minutes of play, Möhnsen FC's Rudi Georgii made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavino Luke was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudi Georgii in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavino Luke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudi Georgii in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavino Luke saved Gaviotas FC from getting behind. During the 70th minute of the match Domingo Quinto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Domingo Quinto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Möhnsen FC booed when Gaviotas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Ursino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaviotas FC's Gavino Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudi Georgii in the 74th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gaviotas FC's zone, Rudi Georgii stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Luke came out of the goal and Rudi Georgii tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lasse Linsert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gavino Luke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benedikt Lettinger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolfo Ursino in the 94th minute. When Günther Kaiser came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Möhnsen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Günther Kaiser couldn't finish the play. Möhnsen FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gaviotas FC for a fine match.
