After 5 played minutes Faker FC got a freekick which was hit by Waclaw Pionek. Faker FC's Fryderyk Niziolek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Faker FC from getting a goal against them. Faker FC's Witold Wejta got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erwin Salcines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fryderyk Niziolek having to interfere. Witold Wejta kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Faker FC's goalkeeper Fryderyk Niziolek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Rosales. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Matamoro in the 23rd minute of play forced Faker FC's goalkeeper Fryderyk Niziolek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes Faker FC got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Tyskie. In the 27th minute Tanek Tyskie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patryk Basaik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Faker FC's Tanek Tyskie in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Gonzalo Matamoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Xaven Monzonis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Xaven Monzonis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st match minute, Faker FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Czapski to maneuver through the defense. If Xaven Monzonis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patryk Basaik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Wejta in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Real Guayaquil.F.C. made a substitution. Mendoza Vinuesa replaced Urrutia Iruretagoyena. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erwin Salcines stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valentim Aliprando hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute of the match Radomil Niewiadomski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patryk Basaik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomas Rosales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fryderyk Niziolek having to interfere. Konstanty Trzenzalski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Patryk Basaik made a huge save. Xaven Monzonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Faker FC's Tanek Tyskie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patryk Basaik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute Faker FC were awarded a corner. Radomil Niewiadomski went to the cornerflag to take it. Witold Wejta made a great header on Faker FC's corner, it was just that Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s Patryk Basaik managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 71st minute, Radomil Niewiadomski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the game, Tanek Tyskie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Faker FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Guayaquil.F.C. the free kick. Tanek Tyskie kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 75 played minutes Real Guayaquil.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Matamoro. Zygmunt Bondel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patryk Basaik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Faker FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Smolarek to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Faker FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Witold Wejta hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Real Guayaquil.F.C. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
