Alvaro Capasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Ugonotti's Enrico Sammartano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto de Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ugonotti's Enrico Sammartano got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Enrico Sammartano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 97 minutes into the game, Fabiano de Sousa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Milanis E.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ugonotti the free kick. Fabiano de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Milanis E.C. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
