No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

Diamantino de Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 52 played minutes Guará FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustave Martinot. Paragüil FC's Gabriel Ellande shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emílio Motta but with some difficulty. After 86 minutes of play, Guará FC's Flavinho Alagoano made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ildefonso Tiso was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paolo Jon during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
