In the last second Gunnar Jakobsson throw himself and got hold of the ball when Amado Dei in the 14thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Fernando Guifre charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Guifre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 21 minutes, Lisandro Leoiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Titanes Mayas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lisandro Leoiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claes Bratt was the one to do the kick off. Amancio Artal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claes Bratt in the 54th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Amado Dei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gunnar Jakobsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Titanes Mayas's Lisandro Leoiar got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gunnar Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Leoiar in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FK Crvena Zvezda's Folke Lidman got a free kick in the 71st minute. Amado Dei struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Gunnar Jakobsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titanes Mayas. In the 74th minute, Florencio Goyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gunnar Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claes Bratt in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Artal saved Titanes Mayas from getting behind. In the 80thth minute of the game Amado Dei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Crvena Zvezda's Gunnar Jakobsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FK Crvena Zvezda's zone, Amado Dei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Jakobsson came out of the goal and Amado Dei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lisandro Leoiar in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gunnar Jakobsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gunnar Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Elof Alströmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Artal having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Titanes Mayas had won after a very even match.
