The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Potencial Desperdiciado F. Radu Proca had in the 34thth minute some difficulties stopping Benjamin Šeško's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. GD Almargense's Abílio Aveiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Ganix in the 40th minute of play. Potencial Desperdiciado F were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after GD Almargense's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hugo Ganix took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Hugo Ganix got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Abílio Aveiro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Potencial Desperdiciado F's Nicolas Guter in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GD Almargense's goalie prevented a goal. Abílio Aveiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Frans went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. When Enzo Millot fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GD Almargense's protests and gave Enzo Millot a yellow card for diving instead. Enzo Millot hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Šeško to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Benjamin Šeško ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radu Proca was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Radu Proca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Magalhães in the 59th minute of the match. GD Almargense made a substitution. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GD Almargense had played much better football throughout.
