Leon Ogazón might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Carlos de Azevedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Ogazón ran back to his position shaking his head. 7 minutes into the match, Alvi Verde's goalkeeper João Carlos de Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Ogazón. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Ogazón in the 9th minute of play forced Alvi Verde's goalkeeper João Carlos de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengi Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fabiano Lago in the 15th minute of play. Arturo Caradaro kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Alvi Verde getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Magno Carvalho hit a great ball. Masao Koriotto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Carlos de Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leon Ogazón went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Lago in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Fabiano Lago in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengi Price prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 38 played minutes Alvi Verde got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Pitta. When Leon Ogazón came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Ogazón couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s goalkeeper Bengi Price had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Fabiano Lago. If Amado Mendiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manoel Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengi Price having to interfere. Anísio Pitta's late challenge caught a Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anísio Pitta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Alvi Verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio Pitta to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute of the match Masao Koriotto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Carlos de Azevedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 60th minute Leon Ogazón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvi Verde's João Carlos de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andi Johnson in the 63rd minute of play. Bengi Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manoel Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. João Carlos de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andi Johnson in the 70th minute of play. If Luís Fabiano Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Silas de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Carlos de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Masao Koriotto in the 74th minute of play. João Carlos de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Ogazón in the 77th minute of the match. Leon Ogazón took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Carlos de Azevedo. João Carlos de Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 80th match minute, Alvi Verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fabiano Lago to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Tom Misaki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Carlos de Azevedo. Alvi Verde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tom Misaki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 84th minute, Alvi Verde reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bengi Price. The goal made the score 3-1. In the 88th minute Leon Ogazón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sílvio Sampaio during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ booed when Alvi Verde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Alvi Verde for a fine match.
