Sandrinho Viana made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Luis Sandaili sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th match minute, Canalla Fuego was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Rodas to maneuver through the defense. Maximo Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur de Senna in the 6th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Canalla Fuego's Tobias Argoitz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Canalla Fuego's Maximo Mel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidney de Andrade in the 23rd minute of play. When Basílio Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basílio Garcia couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Basílio Garcia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Júnior Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júnior Tinoco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobias Argoitz struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Sandrinho Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canalla Fuego. Hipolito Luix hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Maximo Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney de Andrade in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidney de Andrade in the 41st minute of play forced Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Maximo Mel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA got a freekick which was hit by Felippe Siqueira. The supporters of Canalla Fuego booed when THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Sidney de Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basílio Garcia made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Júnior Tinoco put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Maximo Mel. Arthur de Senna hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Maximo Mel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Júnior Tinoco. 76 minutes into the match, THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Sidney de Andrade sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximo Mel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute, THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Sidney de Andrade ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximo Mel. Maximo Mel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Júnior Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Maximo Mel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hipolito Luix's late challenge caught a THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hipolito Luix helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA booed when Canalla Fuego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Luix didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Arthur de Senna tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
