Wilson Damião was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jeferson Rosado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Manissivo's Dion Thorne threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from José Maria Mattos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 31 minutes AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Davi Trevisan who took care of the corner kick. Davi Trevisan made a great header on Manissivo's corner, it was just that AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's Dion Thorne managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 32nd minute, Francisco Ceresso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manissivo's Wilson Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sonny Featherstone in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match Lloyd Findley sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilson Damião skillfully saved the ball. After 39 minutes of play, AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's Sonny Featherstone made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Maria Mattos's late challenge caught a AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Maria Mattos helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Manissivo got a freekick which was hit by José Maria Mattos.
