Fabiano Lucas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Márcio Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Omero having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Diniz in the 11th minute of play forced Capdevilla's goalkeeper Alvaro Omero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Lucas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Rameriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Sidnei Gaúcho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Eskuin scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabiano Lucas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Esteban Rameriz notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Rapinantes F.C.'s Fabiano Lucas. Fabiano Lucas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esteban Rameriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fabiano Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabiano Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Rameriz in the 29th minute of play. Alvaro Omero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Diniz in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Esteban Rameriz made a precise shot to the right of Fabiano Lucas. Rapinantes F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 43 minutes into the game, Rapinantes F.C.'s Bruninho Brasil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvaro Omero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Fabiano Lucas came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Capdevilla's Benito Eskuin. But to his dismay, Benito Eskuin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-6 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Diniz to make the kick off. Ciriaco Mikolas kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rapinantes F.C.'s zone, Esteban Rameriz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Lucas came out of the goal and Esteban Rameriz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute of the match, Esteban Rameriz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabiano Lucas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 63rd minute Cauan de Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Omero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Rapinantes F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Rameriz came free, but Fabiano Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Lucas was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Esteban Rameriz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Esteban Rameriz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. When Cesar Lucian came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Capdevilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Lucian couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Márcio Valle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Omero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-7. In the 75th minute of the match, Benito Eskuin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabiano Lucas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alvaro Omero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Valle in the 77th minute of play. Alvaro Omero came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Rapinantes F.C.'s Lino Diniz. But to his dismay, Lino Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-7. Rapinantes F.C.'s Fabiano Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Rameriz in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Márcio Valle made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Omero. Capdevilla's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-7. Fabiano Lucas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Eskuin in the 97th minute.
