The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but James Rodanakis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. James Rodanakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Pavlos Markos came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the MICE F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavlos Markos couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Johannes Ahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, MICE F.C.'s Vladimiros Pardalakis tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
