Cleto Goiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris Alkvist in the 9th minute of play. Karl Björk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clemente Erdiano in the 14th minute. Carter Boyd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Herradura FC's Cleto Goiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Alkvist in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, BraveHearts United's Karl Björk got control of the ball when Carter Boyd tried to sneak it across the goal line. The La Herradura FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when La Herradura FC's Clemente Erdiano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 22 minutes of play, BraveHearts United's Boris Alkvist made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Goiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute Carter Boyd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the La Herradura FC defense, Alf Linqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Goiz. The La Herradura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Goiz should have stopped the shot. After the first half BraveHearts United were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clemente Erdiano was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, La Herradura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Platon to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Erdiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of La Herradura FC booed when BraveHearts United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magne Berggren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cleto Goiz was a little too slow when Alf Linqvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 1-3. Karl Björk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Erdiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 69 minutes into the match, BraveHearts United's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Erdiano came free, but Karl Björk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magne Berggren's late challenge caught a La Herradura FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magne Berggren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, BraveHearts United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Berggren to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Karl Björk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Herradura FC. Karl Björk came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by La Herradura FC's Clemente Erdiano. But to his dismay, Clemente Erdiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. BraveHearts United's Karl Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Boyd in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Alf Linqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BraveHearts United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. After a rather tough play, BraveHearts United's Henrik Kvalfält got a free kick in the 88th minute. BraveHearts United's Karl Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Boyd in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Alf Linqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cleto Goiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Chants of BraveHearts United echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as La Herradura FC had held the ball for most of the match.
