The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Quirino got free with Robustiano Calvet in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Jacinto Quirino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robustiano Calvet. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 11th minute of the match CA Juventud Unida got a corner. C.A Gryffindor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Naike ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of C.A Gryffindor booed when CA Juventud Unida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. C.A Gryffindor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Quirino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jacinto Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.A Gryffindor's Matthijs De Ligt got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacinto Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, CA Juventud Unida's Robustiano Calvet got control of the ball when Jacinto Quirino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robustiano Calvet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Mangueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgard Mangueira did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Robustiano Calvet 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in C.A Gryffindor's zone, Cristobal Astudillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chicão de Azevedo came out of the goal and Cristobal Astudillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 37 in the game by Jacinto Quirino from a close distance when the talented Robustiano Calvet managed to make a qualified save. CA Juventud Unida's players were relieved. Jacinto Quirino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Robustiano Calvet made a huge save. In the 48th minute, C.A Gryffindor's Jacinto Quirino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Juventud Unida's goalkeeper Robustiano Calvet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute Jacinto Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Naike hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Jacinto Quirino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A Gryffindor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Gelacio in the 65th minute of play forced C.A Gryffindor's goalkeeper Chicão de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes CA Juventud Unida got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Astudillo. C.A Gryffindor's Guilherme Mazer was substituted for Jacinto Quirino. After 70 played minutes CA Juventud Unida got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Astudillo. Lucas Ranolfo made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.A Gryffindor's Nikos Prattis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guilherme Mazer in the 75th minute of play forced CA Juventud Unida's goalkeeper Robustiano Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to C.A Gryffindor getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Edgard Mangueira hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, CA Juventud Unida's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Mazer came free, but Robustiano Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.A Gryffindor were furious when Ramiro Passos was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 87th minute, one of C.A Gryffindor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A Gryffindor. 92 minutes into the match, CA Juventud Unida's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Mangueira came free, but Robustiano Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Edgard Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Calvet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guilherme Mazer went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. C.A Gryffindor's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
