The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Reis Çetinsoy kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Reis Çetinsoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cihat İlbaşı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abd al-Asis Lacen in the 9th minute. Baturalp Ziya charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baturalp Ziya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Baturalp Ziya kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, SARAY A.Ş's Hüseyin Can Gözlem seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hüseyin Can Gözlem the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SARAY A.Ş protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hüseyin Can Gözlem had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 13 played minutes SARAY A.Ş got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Can Gözlem. 14 minutes into the match, SARAY A.Ş's goalkeeper Cihat İlbaşı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abd al-Asis Lacen. In the 15th minute Baturalp Ziya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nouredine Mimoun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SARAY A.Ş's Reis Çetinsoy got a free kick in the 17th minute. Tayeb Drioueche hit a great ball. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Adab FC's goalkeeper Nouredine Mimoun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Adab FC got a freekick which was hit by Cheb Sadmi. 33 minutes into the game, Cheb Sadmi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cihat İlbaşı. Cheb Sadmi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 37 played minutes SARAY A.Ş got a freekick which was hit by Rıfkı Çağkar. SARAY A.Ş's Cihat İlbaşı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save SARAY A.Ş from getting a goal against them. Nouredine Mimoun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reis Çetinsoy in the 43rd minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baturalp Ziya to make the kick off. If Reis Çetinsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cihat İlbaşı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abd al-Asis Lacen, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 61st match minute, SARAY A.Ş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mümin Tekay to maneuver through the defense. SARAY A.Ş's Cihat İlbaşı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abd al-Asis Lacen in the 63rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gürhan Olcaytug in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nouredine Mimoun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute Abd al-Asis Lacen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cihat İlbaşı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cihat İlbaşı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fawzi Larfaoui in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheb Sadmi in the 81st minute of play forced SARAY A.Ş's goalkeeper Cihat İlbaşı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SARAY A.Ş's Baturalp Ziya got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SARAY A.Ş's Rıfkı Çağkar shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Nouredine Mimoun but with some difficulty. Fawzi Larfaoui took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cihat İlbaşı. Cihat İlbaşı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Adab FC had played much better football throughout.
