In the 9th minute, Arsenio Azibar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capri FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Baldomero Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Azibar in the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Mané Peixoto notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Fleetwood Town's Baldomero Cayo. Baldomero Cayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Capri FC booed when Fleetwood Town was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Avellaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capri FC's Artur Arantes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fleetwood Town. Rodrigo Avellaneda charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Avellaneda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th minute, Rodrigo Avellaneda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Capri FC's Arsenio Azibar got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baldomero Cayo came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Capri FC's Mané Peixoto. But to his dismay, Mané Peixoto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Baldomero Cayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mané Peixoto in the 35th minute of play. Baldomero Cayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrão Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Baldomero Cayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Azibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Arsenio Azibar made a precise shot to the right of Baldomero Cayo. Fleetwood Town's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. 47 minutes into the match, Pedrão Perez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomero Cayo. Fleetwood Town's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedrão Perez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Azibar to make the kick off. Baldomero Cayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felippe Ramos in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 played minutes Capri FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedrão Perez. In the 57th minute, Pedrão Perez made a precise shot to the right of Baldomero Cayo. Fleetwood Town's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Baldomero Cayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedrão Perez in the 61st minute. Arsenio Azibar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 63 minutes of play, Capri FC's Pedrão Perez made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldomero Cayo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Mané Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Felippe Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capri FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felippe Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Cayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baldomero Cayo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedrão Perez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 70 minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Geraldo Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedrão Perez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Baldomero Cayo made a huge save. Fleetwood Town's Baldomero Cayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Fleetwood Town from getting a goal against them. Higinio Rozarius hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Felippe Ramos notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Fleetwood Town's Baldomero Cayo. Baldomero Cayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Capri FC's Dráuzio Dantas got a free kick in the 95th minute. Capri FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
