The corner led Cementerio Club's 박 십 to fire away a dangerous shot which Conrado Eder despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cementerio Club's goalkeeper Clodoveo Donzel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute Ruperto Quirze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Donzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Quirze got free with Clodoveo Donzel in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fidel Rico's late challenge caught a GARIBALDI FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Rico helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cementerio Club's Fidel Rico got a free kick in the 36th minute.
