The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Tạ Mara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inácio Quinaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 13th minute Mats Stenman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Bator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ribeirada's zone, Tạ Mara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inácio Quinaz came out of the goal and Tạ Mara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 21 played minutes Ludomil Hajder rounded Ribeirada's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Szymon Grunwalski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Inácio Quinaz made a huge save. A collision led to Ribeirada getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. David Pereira hit a great ball. Teobald Bator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Stenman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ribeirada's Inácio Quinaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Grunwalski in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Stenman in the 37th minute of play forced Legia Warszawa 【L】's goalkeeper Teobald Bator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Stenman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Teobald Bator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Szymon Grunwalski notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ribeirada's Inácio Quinaz. Inácio Quinaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ribeirada's Inácio Quinaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Ribeirada from getting a goal against them. Basarab Ceaușu hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Legia Warszawa 【L】 made a substitution. Leonard Jajecznica replaced Szymon Grunwalski. After 48 played minutes Ribeirada got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Ceaușu. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tạ Mara was the one to do the kick off. Ribeirada's Inácio Quinaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Jajecznica in the 53rd minute of play. Jorge Rico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Teobald Bator came out and tried to block the shot, but Jorge Rico slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 59th minute. In the 64th minute of the match, Jorge Rico tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Teobald Bator saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 65th minute of the match Ribeirada got a corner. Legia Warszawa 【L】's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Rico ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jorge Rico got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Teobald Bator quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Tạ Mara sped through Ribeirada's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Inácio Quinaz. Ribeirada's Inácio Quinaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Augustyniak in the 75th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Ribeirada's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomil Hajder came free, but Inácio Quinaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tạ Mara in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inácio Quinaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Ribeirada getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Basarab Ceaușu hit a great ball. Inácio Quinaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Jajecznica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Legia Warszawa 【L】's Szczepan Gendolla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Inácio Quinaz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Inácio Quinaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tạ Mara in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Legia Warszawa 【L】 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ribeirada had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
