Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) An unexpectedly hard shot by Killian Fischer in the 2nd minute of play forced Galo do Japi's goalkeeper Delfim Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Galo do Japi booed when PoWer SC 2K5 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Harri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Dieter Ringel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute Killian Fischer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to PoWer SC 2K5 getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jakob Klinsmann hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Galo do Japi's Joel Catarinense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dieter Ringel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Wilfredo Cefero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Catarinense in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dieter Ringel saved PoWer SC 2K5 from getting behind. Manuel Klose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Chaves having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by René Bonhof in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Galo do Japi's Anderson de Brito. 33 minutes into the match, Galo do Japi's goal looked a bit too open when Herbie Klank came free, but Delfim Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, PoWer SC 2K5's Manuel Klose nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delfim Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Killian Fischer to make the kick off. Delfim Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Klinsmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Joel Catarinense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dieter Ringel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Galo do Japi's goalkeeper Delfim Chaves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Klose. After a rather tough play, Galo do Japi's Falcão Duarte got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Marcelinho Sarmento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th match minute, Galo do Japi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dagoberto Tande to maneuver through the defense. Joel Catarinense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Delfim Chaves made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Herbie Klank sent off a good shot on target. Herbie Klank hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Philipp Breitner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dieter Ringel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Cefero, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Catarinense in the 85th minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Dieter Ringel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PoWer SC 2K5's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
