The audience was convinced that Corneliu Voican's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dieter Ringel was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. After 5 minutes, Corneliu Voican made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. PoWer SC 2K5's Dieter Ringel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alin Dragalina in the 7th minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Dieter Ringel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dieter Ringel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alin Dragalina, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Dieter Ringel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Voican, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Moisil came free, but Dieter Ringel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Corneliu Voican shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dieter Ringel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Corneliu Voican cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dieter Ringel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dieter Ringel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Voican, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rdth minute of the game Alin Dragalina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PoWer SC 2K5's Dieter Ringel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilfredo Harri's late challenge caught a Sporting Royal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfredo Harri helped the player get up and apologised.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Killian Fischer made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, PoWer SC 2K5 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Killian Fischer to maneuver through the defense. 52 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Roşulescu came free, but Dieter Ringel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Max Babbel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Corneliu Voican from long distance, 54 minutes into the match, got Dieter Ringel's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Max Babbel fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PoWer SC 2K5's protests and gave Max Babbel a yellow card for diving instead. Dieter Ringel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Corneliu Voican. Manuel Klose sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nae Moisil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Dieter Ringel made a huge save. PoWer SC 2K5's Dieter Ringel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Moisil in the 64th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Dieter Ringel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alin Dragalina. After some careless play in the PoWer SC 2K5 defense, Marius Roşulescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dieter Ringel. The PoWer SC 2K5 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dieter Ringel should have stopped the shot. Sporting Royal's Cosme Cimbron was substituted for Marius Roşulescu. Sporting Royal made a substitution. Hermes Soveral replaced Damian Crăciun. With a little luck, PoWer SC 2K5's Dieter Ringel got control of the ball when Nae Moisil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cosme Cimbron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Dieter Ringel made a huge save. Dieter Ringel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alin Dragalina in the 86th minute of play. Corneliu Voican struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Dieter Ringel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Royal. When Sporting Royal's Corneliu Voican in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PoWer SC 2K5's goalie prevented a goal. From close distance Cosme Cimbron pressed in the 0-4 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 97 minutes into the game. Sporting Royal's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
