With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Maia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sokratis Symeonakis in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Maia saved PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ from getting behind. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. If Renos Stefanou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. After some careless play in the PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ defense, Sokratis Symeonakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Maia. The PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Maia should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the RO Army V55 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
