A collision led to KAYIHANSPOR getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. İsrafil Saltuk hit a great ball. After some careless play in the KAYIHANSPOR defense, Jurand Jarocewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Volkan Demirel. The KAYIHANSPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Volkan Demirel should have stopped the shot. In the 17thth minute of the game Jurand Jarocewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KAYIHANSPOR's Volkan Demirel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cyryl Czubski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Julian Lichniak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heide FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 29th minute, Slawomir Majtyka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Sertel Boztepe sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Heide FC's Boleslaw Trela didn't even have to move. Oğuz Çetin struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Boleslaw Trela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KAYIHANSPOR. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sümer Türksan during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, KAYIHANSPOR's Sümer Türksan got a free kick in the 38th minute. KAYIHANSPOR's Volkan Demirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Lichniak in the 42nd minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sertel Boztepe was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of KAYIHANSPOR booed when Heide FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwo Werra didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Lütfi Barkın had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boleslaw Trela. Heide FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lütfi Barkın was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in KAYIHANSPOR's zone, Julian Lichniak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Volkan Demirel came out of the goal and Julian Lichniak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fazıl Hüsnü Seyban succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. In the 60th match minute, Heide FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Skarpiak to maneuver through the defense. If Ulryk Barycz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jurand Jarocewicz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Volkan Demirel came out and tried to block the shot, but Jurand Jarocewicz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 68th minute. In the 74th minute Oğuz Çetin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslaw Trela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulryk Barycz in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Volkan Demirel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jurand Jarocewicz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Volkan Demirel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jurand Jarocewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Volkan Demirel made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sertel Boztepe in the 87th minute of play forced Heide FC's goalkeeper Boleslaw Trela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, KAYIHANSPOR's Volkan Demirel got control of the ball when Ulryk Barycz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julian Lichniak struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Volkan Demirel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heide FC. In the 95th minute, Jurand Jarocewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Heide FC played a much better game than KAYIHANSPOR and deserved their victory. The KAYIHANSPOR players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
