In the 20th minute Georg Arvidsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Boteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Boteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Arvidsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iosif Asachi's late challenge caught a FC Blåvitt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iosif Asachi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Blåvitt booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. After a defensive mix-up in FC Blåvitt's zone, Iosif Asachi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Kinell came out of the goal and Iosif Asachi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute, Sever Colin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes, FC Blåvitt's Henrik Åström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Călin Boteanu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Blåvitt reached it. In the 59th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ardeleanu to maneuver through the defense. If Georg Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DINAMO's Călin Boteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Arvidsson in the 64th minute of play. After 67 minutes, Sever Colin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DINAMO and the FC Blåvitt players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Blåvitt walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
