Winford Frey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Rufo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Jonas Argider took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Winford Frey. Winford Frey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Natalio Intxixu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domingo Parsons showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Winford Frey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Rufo in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Jonas Argider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Natalio Intxixu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The wind increased when Gerardo Rufo made the kick off in the second half. If Ezra Tuttle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the EL LOBO DE MIAMI defense, Gerardo Rufo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Winford Frey. The EL LOBO DE MIAMI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Winford Frey should have stopped the shot. Locura Académica's Natalio Intxixu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basil Luke in the 70th minute of play. Eustaquio Raitin hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Locura Académica's goal looked a bit too open when Basil Luke came free, but Natalio Intxixu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natalio Intxixu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Parsons, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 80 minutes of play, Locura Académica's Jonas Argider made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Winford Frey was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 82 played minutes, Locura Académica's Eustaquio Raitin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Winford Frey came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Locura Académica reached it. Winford Frey made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Jonas Argider sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, Locura Académica's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Parsons came free, but Natalio Intxixu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Carlos Natal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Locura Académica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL LOBO DE MIAMI the free kick. After 87 played minutes Locura Académica got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Natal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Locura Académica walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
