The White Eagles FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Brian Slade was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Remigio Panfilo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 13 minute of play. After 20 played minutes White Eagles FC got a freekick which was hit by Rio Nethercoat. Esteban Jordy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Les Lomas went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Tanio got free with Brian Slade in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 31 played minutes El Patriarca ® got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Norino. Esteban Jordy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Les Lomas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Les Lomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Esteban Jordy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Les Lomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Jordy having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, White Eagles FC's Samuel Hassell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteban Jordy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Rodd Lister kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Brian Slade came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by El Patriarca ®'s Remigio Panfilo. But to his dismay, Remigio Panfilo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Diego Tanio struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Brian Slade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Patriarca ®. The supporters of El Patriarca ® booed when White Eagles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodd Lister didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Samuel Hassell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esteban Jordy was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. The White Eagles FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing White Eagles FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
