Lyon 69ers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uetendorf Wanderers the free kick. In the 9th match minute, Lyon 69ers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batiste Eynard to maneuver through the defense. Vito Ritter charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vito Ritter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Uetendorf Wanderers getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. In the 31st minute Valentiano Freitag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hercule Hecht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Steevy Blondelle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uetendorf Wanderers's Martin Heffliger got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Lyon 69ers's goal looked a bit too open when Valentiano Freitag came free, but Hercule Hecht reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Batiste Eynard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerard Barth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beppe Clément's late challenge caught a Lyon 69ers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hercule Hecht was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martin Heffliger showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 86 minute of play. Jakob Micheletto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Hercule Hecht made a huge save. After 91 minutes of play, Lyon 69ers's Joey Philip made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerard Barth was left in no man's land by his defense there!
