In the 27th minute Adilson Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Karlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Åke Hedström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fabiano Corrêa having to interfere. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Sandström in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Danilo Paulista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Karlberg. Kopparmora BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Paulista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger Adelsköld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Magnusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedrinho Schmidt was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Kopparmora BK booed when Jaru-Uaru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 minutes of play, Kopparmora BK's Birger Adelsköld made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Kopparmora BK booed when Jaru-Uaru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Magalhães lost his temper 66 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Edmund Wallander shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmund Wallander during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th match minute, Kopparmora BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Söderberg to maneuver through the defense. Adilson Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Adam Karlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Kopparmora BK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
