The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amado Venceslao struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Aleksander Eliasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Temperley. In the 15th minute of the match DFP got a corner. Temperley's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kristian Westerberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rafael Froylan tried in the 16th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Prudencio Johans a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Alfred Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. DFP's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Axelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Johans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Temperley's Prudencio Johans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Axelsson in the 20th minute of play. Alex Lööf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Prudencio Johans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aleksander Eliasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Maidana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Venceslao in the 29th minute of play forced DFP's goalkeeper Aleksander Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Iker Montrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to DFP getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Jakob Ström hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfred Axelsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kristian Westerberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elof Lund charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elof Lund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elof Lund kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Iker Montrell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Aleksander Eliasson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 64 played minutes DFP got a freekick which was hit by Patric Almkvist. Aleksander Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Maidana in the 68th minute of the match. Marcus Dahlberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prudencio Johans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Kristian Westerberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Prudencio Johans. Temperley's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iker Montrell in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aleksander Eliasson saved DFP from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Temperley's Desiderio Maidana got a free kick in the 80th minute. Temperley's Prudencio Johans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Dahlberg in the 83rd minute of play. Prudencio Johans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Lööf in the 84th minute of the match. Marcus Dahlberg's late challenge caught a Temperley's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcus Dahlberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 minutes, Apolo Ramirez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Temperley and the DFP players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Temperley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Ramirez to maneuver through the defense.
