José Paulo Almeida made in the 18th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by César Severo. Allan Ånger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adhemar Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Arlindo Romero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iuri Arruda in the 25th minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Allan Ånger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Iuri Arruda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Alberto Tróia came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the ATHLETICO PRaiano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tróia couldn't finish the play. When Osvald Sigman came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Lost Boys Sports Academy fans jumped to their feet. Chicão Vargas charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chicão Vargas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chicão Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Lost Boys Sports Academy got a freekick which was hit by Esbjörn Åkesson. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgar Lundin to strike the kick off in the second half. Eusébio Tepedino hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Osvald Sigman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Romero having to interfere. Lost Boys Sports Academy's Osvald Sigman got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Bo Hellqvist replaced Karl Engström. When Lucas Vennerberg fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lost Boys Sports Academy's protests and gave Lucas Vennerberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lost Boys Sports Academy's Lucas Vennerberg got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 72nd minute, Lost Boys Sports Academy's Osvald Sigman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arlindo Romero. Arlindo Romero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. 79 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Alberto Tróia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Allan Ånger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Lost Boys Sports Academy getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Lucas Vennerberg hit a great ball. José Paulo Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Osvald Sigman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Romero having to interfere. Osvald Sigman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arlindo Romero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The ATHLETICO PRaiano supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lost Boys Sports Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Lost Boys Sports Academy.
