Elemér Pálffy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Roald Frosell skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 20 minutes into the match, Attila Váradi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roald Frosell, 2-0. After 23 played minutes Attila Váradi rounded 12 Monkeys's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. 12 Monkeys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Attila Váradi scored to the left of an out of position Roald Frosell, making the score, 4-0. In the 29th minute, Elemér Pálffy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roald Frosell. The goal made the score 5-0. Roald Frosell came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Várdomb's Elemér Pálffy. But to his dismay, Elemér Pálffy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Leonhard Kimball fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ottó Szigeti having to interfere. When 12 Monkeys's Danny Parsner in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Várdomb's goalie prevented a goal. Roald Frosell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ábel Lencse in the 41st minute of play. Roald Frosell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lóránd Angyal, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lóránd Angyal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roald Frosell. That made the score 7-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonhard Kimball to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes 12 Monkeys got a freekick which was hit by Danny Parsner. Roald Frosell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Botond Bodor in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, 12 Monkeys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Ankervig to maneuver through the defense. 12 Monkeys's Roald Frosell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Botond Bodor in the 60th minute of play. Roald Frosell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lóránd Angyal, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csaba Bács in the 65th minute of play forced 12 Monkeys's goalkeeper Roald Frosell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Várdomb's zone, Leonhard Kimball stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ottó Szigeti came out of the goal and Leonhard Kimball tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danny Parsner got free with Ottó Szigeti in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 Monkeys's Roald Frosell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elemér Pálffy in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elemér Pálffy in the 91st minute of play forced 12 Monkeys's goalkeeper Roald Frosell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Attila Váradi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roald Frosell. 12 Monkeys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Attila Váradi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0.
