After taking down the ball on PICCOLE PESTI's corner Frank Salemme fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robert Manevski quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pasquale Leone got free with Robert Manevski in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Pasquale Leone kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robert Manevski. That made the score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. 27 minutes in the game, Pasquale Leone dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. A collision led to PICCOLE PESTI getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. The Red Bull Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Manevski should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the match, Red Bull Club's goalkeeper Robert Manevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pasquale Leone. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ile Manojlovski was the one to do the kick off.
