The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 6th minute Kurt Nord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Walentowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 played minutes FC Grodzka got a freekick which was hit by Juliusz Wolnik. Zdzislaw Walentowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf Lidman, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. FC Grodzka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Six Pac FC the free kick. In the 17th match minute, FC Grodzka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dariusz Filanowski to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Dariusz Filanowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Grodzka's supporters rose to their feet, but Dariusz Filanowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lukas Hafström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gwidon Chowaniec struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Lukas Hafström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Grodzka. Zdzislaw Walentowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Nord in the 39th minute of play. Lukas Hafström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Szczepan Olszewski went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Fabian Kempka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Szczepan Olszewski charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Szczepan Olszewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 57 minutes into the match, Six Pac FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Chowaniec came free, but Lukas Hafström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukas Hafström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Filanowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Filanowski in the 61st minute of play forced Six Pac FC's goalkeeper Lukas Hafström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Six Pac FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Grodzka.
