A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Arnauld Wiechgers hit a great ball. After having played for 7 minutes, Cyryl Zagrodny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Głodne Ghule's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cyryl Zagrodny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Gruchacz came free, but Stan Hagemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dominik Waldoch fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Głodne Ghule's protests and gave Dominik Waldoch a yellow card for diving instead. With splendid footwork Edward Gruchacz arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Edward Smuskiewicz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Stan Hagemans to make any attempt to save it. Mieszko Orlicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Van Hoeyveld in the 22nd minute of play. Głodne Ghule's Maxi Oyedele got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stan Hagemans was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Edward Gruchacz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edward Gruchacz really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After a rather tough play, Głodne Ghule's Tadeusz Spychalski got a free kick in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Smuskiewicz came free, but Stan Hagemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jeoffrey Wiggers hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jos Armentier was the one to do the kick off. Stan Hagemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Gruchacz, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. VC zoetwater's Stan Hagemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Gruchacz in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Gruchacz came free, but Stan Hagemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 played minutes VC zoetwater got a freekick which was hit by Cedric Van Meerbeec. Dominik Waldoch struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Stan Hagemans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Głodne Ghule. 69 minutes into the match, Edward Gruchacz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stan Hagemans. VC zoetwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Gruchacz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Edward Smuskiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cedric Van Meerbeec in the 88th minute of play forced Głodne Ghule's goalkeeper Mieszko Orlicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Głodne Ghule's goalkeeper Mieszko Orlicki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cedric Van Meerbeec. Stan Hagemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Gruchacz in the 94th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Głodne Ghule players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
