After a defensive mix-up in Kaplan's zone, Marco Odisio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Paz came out of the goal and Marco Odisio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Omar Odisio could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Eugenio Paz however easily saved by the left post. 6 minutes into the match, Villadeatese FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Ledesma came free, but Aurelio Egger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Villadeatese FC's Marco Odisio in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kaplan's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Marco Odisio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Paz was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Daniele Gerola kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Aurelio Egger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Felipo in the 15th minute of play. Aristides Avellaneda hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Kaplan's Eugenio Paz got control of the ball when Marco Odisio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Odisio in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Paz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Villadeatese FC defense, Abelardo Ledesma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Egger. The Villadeatese FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Egger should have stopped the shot. Marco Odisio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 26th playminute. Eugenio Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Odisio in the 30th minute of play. Villadeatese FC's Aurelio Egger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Felipo in the 33rd minute of play. Aristides Avellaneda hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 37 minutes of play, Villadeatese FC's Omar Odisio made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Paz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kaplan's Eugenio Paz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Kaplan from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Cosme Markel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Evaristo Gabino made the kick off in the second half. Villadeatese FC's Aurelio Egger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Villadeatese FC from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute Beppe Di Fiore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Paz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Paz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Odisio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Kaplan's Aurelio Egger threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Evaristo Gabino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anfilogino Santalucia during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kaplan booed when Villadeatese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Santalucia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abelardo Ledesma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Kaplan getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Angel Calisto hit a great ball. After 75 minutes of play, Kaplan's Ruben Felipo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Egger was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes into the match, Villadeatese FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Ledesma came free, but Aurelio Egger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beppe Di Fiore in the 86th minute of play forced Kaplan's goalkeeper Eugenio Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kaplan getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Angel Calisto hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the game, Abelardo Ledesma recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aurelio Egger. Abelardo Ledesma showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kaplan eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
