Arlindo Recife didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mota 2017's Cássio Lucas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renan Sousa got free with Arlindo Recife in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the match, Durvalino Zonta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arlindo Recife. CarecaNeles F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Durvalino Zonta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Cássio Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Recife having to interfere. Arlindo Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durvalino Zonta in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Mota 2017 getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Osvaldinho Costa hit a great ball. If Renan Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldinho Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arlindo Recife showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Lucas in the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Mota 2017 booed when CarecaNeles F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arlindo Recife made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Cássio Lucas sent off a good shot on target. Luiz Guilherme Schmidt hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Donald Silva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arlindo Recife skillfully saved the ball. If Cássio Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vivaldo Capixaba made a kick off. Arlindo Recife showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Cássio Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Recife having to interfere. Wilton Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Washington Mandrak having to interfere. Juan de Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Arlindo Recife tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseu Meira made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CarecaNeles F.C.'s Jorge Santana. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Renan Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mota 2017's supporters rose to their feet, but Renan Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arlindo Recife breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cássio Lucas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Mota 2017's Eliseu Meira got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Osvaldinho Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Cássio Lucas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mota 2017's supporters rose to their feet, but Cássio Lucas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arlindo Recife breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in CarecaNeles F.C.'s zone, Durvalino Zonta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arlindo Recife came out of the goal and Durvalino Zonta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvaldinho Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Mota 2017 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
