After a rather tough play, Mayhem Sharks's Raúl Pitta got a free kick in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanek Barciniak in the 23rd minute of play forced Mayhem Sharks's goalkeeper Marcelo Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guto Neto charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guto Neto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tanek Barciniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 27th match minute, Mayhem Sharks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raúl Pitta to maneuver through the defense. Guto Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Janusz Prokowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelo Alves. Mayhem Sharks's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marcelo Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Barciniak in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Mayhem Sharks's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Moryl came free, but Marcelo Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janusz Prokowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Alves having to interfere. A collision led to Mayhem Sharks getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Raúl Pitta hit a great ball. Tiago Gabriel de Moraes hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Janusz Prokowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pogoń Szczecin's supporters rose to their feet, but Janusz Prokowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olgierd Moryl to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Barciniak. If Rony Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanek Barciniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Rony Meira took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aleksander Szpakowski. Aleksander Szpakowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Pogoń Szczecin getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Beniamin Bojanowski hit a great ball. In the 64th minute of the match Raúl Pitta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aleksander Szpakowski skillfully saved the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Pogoń Szczecin's Janusz Prokowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Alves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Marcelo Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Wnukowski in the 75th minute of the match. With a little luck, Mayhem Sharks's Marcelo Alves got control of the ball when Tanek Barciniak tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Mayhem Sharks booed when Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Moryl didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Tanek Barciniak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pogoń Szczecin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Pogoń Szczecin's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
