Honorato Santio's late challenge caught a Newton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aristides Jorrin made a kick off. Aquiles Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. In the 55thth minute of the game Santo Isaio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newton FC's Flavio Madaleno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leopoldo Martxel hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. A collision led to Tio Cosme FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Primitivo Iaki hit a great ball. In the 68th minute Santiago Hodei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Benvido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Jorrin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute of the game Emiliano Poz made a throw-in which Astor Frichoso played forward. Tio Cosme FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
