Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Emiliano Poz got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes Newton FC got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Jorrin. After 9 played minutes Newton FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Dino. In the 17thth minute of the game Francisco Penha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newton FC's Flavio Madaleno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute, Francisco Penha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Madaleno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Flavio Madaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Penha in the 25th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Newton FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! 35 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Crisólia FBPA's Roberto Neiva fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Penha in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Madaleno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Flavio Madaleno came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Crisólia FBPA's Francisco Penha. But to his dismay, Francisco Penha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Nestor Leão scored 0-6 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Madaleno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Francisco Penha made the kick off in the second half. Newton FC's Leopoldo Martxel was substituted for Emiliano Poz. If Francisco Penha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Neiva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Flavio Madaleno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Crisólia FBPA's Edson de Castro got a free kick in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Newton FC's Leopoldo Martxel got a free kick in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Newton FC's Romeo Ekain got a free kick in the 78th minute. Nestor Leão was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Cristian Dino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newton FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crisólia FBPA the free kick. In the 80th minute, Cristian Dino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Newton FC's Flavio Madaleno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Newton FC from getting a goal against them. Roberto Neivas short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Flavio Madaleno to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Newton FC defense, Roberto Neiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Madaleno. The Newton FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Madaleno should have stopped the shot.
