After some careless play in the Izaltina FAD defense, Sedef Mehmet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cícero de Mendonça. The Izaltina FAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cícero de Mendonça should have stopped the shot. Cícero de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zulkarnaen Rusandi in the 19th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Aban Adnyana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Izaltina FAD getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Duda de Sousa hit a great ball. Cícero de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sedef Mehmet in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Sedef Mehmet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cícero de Mendonça was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Gala getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Sobur Betay hit a great ball. After 41 played minutes Gala got a freekick which was hit by Hamdani Supit. If Duda de Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Izaltina FAD's Aníbal Vides was substituted for Dorival de Queiroz.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osmar Donato to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Sedef Mehmet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cícero de Mendonça. Sedef Mehmet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The supporters of Izaltina FAD booed when Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aban Adnyana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Duda de Sousa sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gala's Syahril Rungkat didn't even have to move. Gala's Sedef Mehmet got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Gala's Cícero de Mendonça threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sedef Mehmet, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 70th minute Sedef Mehmet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cícero de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Cícero de Mendonça successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Osmar Donato hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Izaltina FAD getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Aníbal Vides hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Zulkarnaen Rusandi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cícero de Mendonça. The goal made the score 0-4. Izaltina FAD made a substitution. Leandro Alagoano replaced Duda de Sousa. After having played for 82 minutes, Zulkarnaen Rusandi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zulkarnaen Rusandi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the game, Zulkarnaen Rusandi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Izaltina FAD the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gala's Zulkarnaen Rusandi got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the match was over Gala could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Izaltina FAD throughout the match.
