The audience thought a goal was coming when Shahiran Kool got free with Olaf Oleszak in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Koczara hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Santos Błeszno's Tymoteusz Pliszka got a free kick in the 28th minute. The Manchester United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Santos Błeszno's performance. The match ended with a win for Santos Błeszno.
